North Carolina / South Carolina
Utility Revenue Protection Council
(formerly South Carolina Utility Revenue Protection Council)
MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of the South Carolina Revenue Protection Council is to develop and support an ongoing effort to combat revenue loss thereby reducing the unfair financial burden placed on the honest customers. Due to continuing increases in technology and reductions in manpower, an effective Revenue Protection Council is necessary to prevent loss of revenue and equipment through these advancements. The sharing of information and findings will potentially reduce losses for all participating members from would-be energy thieves.
