Re: 2000 IURPA/ SURPA Conference
Dear Members,
It is time to set your plans to attend our 2000 conference, which is scheduled for June 13-16. This years conference will be held at the Orlando North Hilton, located in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Reservations call Hilton hotel at 407-830-1985. Be sure to mention the international utilities revenue protection association "IURPA" to receive your discounted group rate.
The 2000 planning committee worked hard and came up with some new and innovative ideas for this years conference. (Please see the enclosed conference schedule.) We have lined up some very interesting speakers for this year.
The hotel room rate for a single or double is $92.00 per night. The rate will be honored 3 days prior and 3 days following the conference. To insure space and room rate availability, reservations should be made by May 22, 2000. (Please see enclosed hotel information)
If you have any items to donate for the gift bags please indicate them on the registration form. All contributions will be appreciated.
In situations where one check is being sent for a group please send a registration form for each participant.
The Registration for the conference is $150.00 due June 1st. Registration made after June 1st or on site will be $175.00. Refunds are subject to SURPA Board approval.
